To qualify:

  • all Participants must be registered as part of the same enrollment;
  • complete registration details must be submitted for every Participant; and
  • the applicable Programme Fee must be paid as part of the same transaction or enrollment.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Enrollment Benefits cannot be combined.

MindStep Leadership reserves the right to amend, withdraw or discontinue any promotional offer before the applicable registration deadline.

05

GST, Payment & Invoicing

All Programme Fees are subject to GST at the rate applicable under Indian law on the date of invoice.

Where an Enrollment Benefit applies, GST will be calculated on the discounted Programme Fee.

The payment calculation is as follows:

Programme Fee → Applicable Enrollment Benefit → Taxable Amount → GST → Total Amount Payable

All online payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

By completing payment, Participants acknowledge that payment processing is also subject to the applicable terms, privacy practices and payment processing policies of the relevant payment service provider.

MindStep Leadership does not collect or store complete payment card details, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords or other payment authentication credentials.

A Participant's place is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

Where payment is declined, reversed, disputed or subsequently cancelled without the approval of MindStep Leadership, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the corresponding registration until the outstanding payment has been resolved.

Invoices will be generated using the billing information provided during registration.

Participants and organisations are responsible for ensuring that all billing information, including legal entity name, billing address, GSTIN (where applicable) and billing contact details, is complete and accurate before payment is made.

Requests for invoice amendments should be submitted promptly after the invoice is issued. MindStep Leadership will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where permitted under applicable accounting, taxation and regulatory requirements.

06

Participant Information

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is complete, accurate and up to date.

Where a Primary Registrant registers one or more additional Participants under the Bring a Buddy Offer, the Primary Registrant represents and warrants that they are authorised to provide the information necessary to facilitate those registrations.

Participants are responsible for notifying MindStep Leadership of any changes to their contact details, billing information or other registration information before the commencement of the Programme.

MindStep Leadership may contact Participants directly for purposes including:

  • confirming registration details;
  • communicating Programme updates and logistical information;
  • administering pre-programme assessments or activities;
  • responding to participant enquiries;
  • issuing invoices and payment confirmations;
  • issuing certificates; and
  • administering participation in the Programme.

Participants acknowledge that failure to provide accurate or updated information may affect MindStep Leadership's ability to deliver Programme-related communications or services and shall not give rise to any liability on the part of MindStep Leadership.

07

Medical Fitness & Health Responsibility

Visionary Leadership is an intensive, three-day, in-person leadership programme involving facilitated learning, experiential activities, group discussions and meals provided during the Programme.

By registering for the Programme, each Participant confirms that they are medically fit to participate and are capable of taking part in the Programme without posing a risk to themselves or others.

Participants are responsible for informing MindStep Leadership, in writing and prior to the commencement of the Programme, of any medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction, accessibility requirement or other circumstance that may reasonably require accommodation during the Programme.

MindStep Leadership will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements where practicable. However, certain accommodations may be limited by operational, venue or safety considerations and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Participants are responsible for:

  • carrying any personal medication they may require;
  • obtaining appropriate medical advice before attending, where necessary; and
  • bearing any medical, emergency or healthcare-related expenses incurred before, during or after the Programme.

MindStep Leadership does not provide medical advice or healthcare services and makes no representation regarding the suitability of the Programme for any individual's medical condition or personal circumstances.

08

Website & Online Registration System

MindStep Leadership takes reasonable care to ensure that information published on its website, including Programme details, pricing, enrollment benefits and registration information, is accurate and up to date.

However, technical, administrative or typographical errors may occasionally occur.

. MindStep Leadership reserves the right to correct any technical, administrative, pricing, payment or registration errors, including those affecting Programme Fees, enrolment benefits, GST calculations or participant registrations.

MindStep Leadership shall not be obliged to honour any Programme Fee, discount or promotional offer displayed as a result of an obvious technical, pricing or administrative error.

Where an error materially affects a Participant's registration or payment, MindStep Leadership will notify the affected Participant as soon as reasonably practicable and may, where appropriate:

  • correct the error;
  • issue a refund;
  • reprocess the registration or payment; or
  • cancel the affected registration.

MindStep Leadership may temporarily suspend online registrations where reasonably necessary to investigate or rectify technical issues affecting the registration process.

Temporary interruptions arising from maintenance, internet failures, payment gateway interruptions or circumstances beyond MindStep Leadership's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

09

Photography, Video & Programme Recordings

Photography and video recording may take place during the Programme for documentation, programme records and promotional purposes.

With your consent, MindStep Leadership may use identifiable photographs, video recordings or other visual content captured during the Programme on its website, social media platforms and other marketing or promotional materials. Consent is requested separately and is not a condition of participation.

Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional content should notify MindStep Leadership before or during the Programme. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, incidental appearances in photographs or recordings captured during group activities or shared spaces may not always be avoided.

Participants may withdraw their consent for future promotional use by notifying MindStep Leadership in writing. Such withdrawal will not affect materials already published or distributed.

MindStep Leadership will not publish an attributed testimonial, endorsement or participant statement without the Participant's prior consent.

10

Attendance & Certificate of Completion

Visionary Leadership is designed as a fully integrated three-day learning experience, with each session building upon the previous one.

Participants are therefore expected to attend the Programme in its entirety and arrive in sufficient time to participate fully in scheduled sessions and activities.

A Certificate of Completion will be issued only to Participants who satisfy the attendance requirements determined by MindStep Leadership.

MindStep Leadership reserves the right to withhold a Certificate of Completion where a Participant:

  • fails to attend all Programme days;
  • arrives significantly late or departs early;
  • is removed from the Programme for misconduct; or
  • otherwise fails to satisfy the Programme's attendance requirements.

No replacement, make-up or catch-up sessions will be provided for missed sessions or Programme days.

11

All Programme Materials provided before, during or after the Programme, including but not limited to the 4G Leadership System, frameworks, methodologies, models, presentations, assessments, simulations, exercises, workbooks, templates, tools, videos, digital resources and any other proprietary content ("Programme Materials"), are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of MindStep Leadership and/or its licensors.

Participation in the Programme does not transfer or assign any ownership, licence or intellectual property rights to Participants.

Programme Materials are provided solely for each Participant's personal learning, professional development and internal organisational use, unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by MindStep Leadership.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, Participants must not:

  • audio-record, video-record or otherwise capture Programme sessions, except where expressly permitted by MindStep Leadership; or
  • permit any third party to access proprietary Programme Materials.

Reasonable personal note-taking during the Programme is permitted.

Participants must not upload, input, reproduce or otherwise share proprietary Programme Materials, into publicly accessible artificial intelligence systems, large language models, generative AI platforms or similar technologies (including, without limitation, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or comparable services) for the purpose of reproducing, analysing, generating derivative works from, or redistributing MindStep Leadership's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Nothing in this clause prevents Participants from applying the concepts, insights or learning gained through the Programme within their own organisations or professional practice.

12

Participant Conduct & Confidentiality

Visionary Leadership is designed to foster a respectful, collaborative and professionally enriching learning environment built on trust, openness and peer learning.

Participants are expected to:

Visionary Leadership operates in accordance with the Chatham House Rule. Participants are free to use the ideas, insights and learning gained during the Programme; however, they must not disclose the identity or affiliation of any speaker or Participant without that person's express permission.

Participants must not record, publish or publicly attribute another Participant's comments, experiences or business information without that Participant's prior consent.

MindStep Leadership reserves the right to refuse admission to, suspend or remove any Participant whose conduct is unlawful, unsafe, disruptive or otherwise inconsistent with the objectives of the Programme or the learning experience of others. Where a Participant is removed from the Programme for misconduct, no refund, credit or compensation will be payable.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the Programme. MindStep Leadership is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13

Programme Changes

MindStep Leadership reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Programme where necessary to facilitate its successful delivery or respond to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such changes may include, without limitation:

  • Programme schedule or timings;
  • venue (within the same city);
  • facilitators, guest speakers or coaches;
  • learning activities;
  • Programme content or sequencing; or
  • other operational arrangements.

Minor operational changes shall not constitute cancellation or material rescheduling of the Programme.

Where a material change is likely to significantly affect Participants, MindStep Leadership will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice.

If the Programme is cancelled or materially rescheduled by MindStep Leadership, the applicable provisions of the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy shall apply.

14

Cancellations, Refunds, Transfers & Future Cohort Credits

All cancellations, refunds, participant substitutions and requests to transfer a registration to a future cohort are governed by the Visionary Leadership Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering for the Programme, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by that Policy.

15

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindStep Leadership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Programme, including but not limited to:

  • loss of profits;
  • loss of revenue;
  • loss of business opportunity;
  • business interruption;
  • reputational damage;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • loss of data; or
  • consequential economic loss.

MindStep Leadership shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, transportation or other incidental expenses incurred by Participants except where expressly required under the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindStep Leadership's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Programme, these Terms or a Participant's registration, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Programme Fee paid by the relevant Participant.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16

Force Majeure

MindStep Leadership shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, postponement, modification or cancellation of the Programme resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Any refund, transfer or future cohort credit arising from such circumstances shall be governed by the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy.

17

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy, shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to the foregoing, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and MindStep Leadership in relation to the Programme and supersede all prior discussions, representations, understandings or agreements relating to the Programme.

03

Unable to Attend? Here Are Your Options

If you are unable to attend the Visionary Leadership Programme, you may request one of the following options, subject to this Policy and the approval of MindStep Leadership.

Option 1: Transfer Your Registration to Another Participant

You may transfer your confirmed registration to another eligible participant for the same Visionary Leadership cohort.

To request a participant substitution, you must:

  • submit your request in writing to MindStep Leadership;
  • provide the substitute participant's registration details; and
  • allow sufficient time for any required registration formalities, assessments or pre-programme requirements to be completed.

Once the substitution has been approved:

  • the substitute participant will assume the original registration;
  • the original participant will no longer be entitled to attend under that registration; and
  • the original Programme Fee paid and any applicable enrollment benefits will remain unchanged for that registration.

Option 2: Transfer Your Registration to a Future Cohort

If you are unable to attend the scheduled cohort, you may request that the eligible amount paid be carried forward as credit towards a future Visionary Leadership cohort instead of requesting a refund, where applicable.

Approval of a future cohort transfer is at the sole discretion of MindStep Leadership and is subject to:

  • availability of a future Visionary Leadership cohort;
  • the Programme Fee and Terms & Conditions applicable to the future cohort; and
  • payment of any difference in the Programme Fee, where applicable.

An approved future cohort credit:

  • must be used for the next available Visionary Leadership cohort or within 12 months of the original programme start date, whichever is earlier;
  • may be transferred to a future cohort only once, unless otherwise approved in writing by MindStep Leadership;
  • cannot be redeemed for cash; and
  • cannot be transferred to another participant unless otherwise approved in writing by MindStep Leadership.

Any unused credit will expire once the applicable validity period has ended.

04

Enrollment Benefits for Future Cohorts

Enrollment benefits, discounts and promotional offers are specific to the cohort for which you originally register.

If your registration is transferred to a future cohort:

  • only the approved credit amount will be carried forward;
  • the Programme Fee applicable to the future cohort will apply;
  • enrollment benefits available for the future cohort will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of registration; and
  • any difference in the Programme Fee must be paid before your future registration is confirmed.

Enrollment benefits applied to your original registration, including Early Bird and Bring a Buddy offers, do not automatically carry forward to a future cohort.

05

If You Miss the Programme

Visionary Leadership is designed as a complete three-day learning experience, and each day forms an integral part of the overall programme.

Once the programme has commenced:

  • no refund or partial refund will be provided for missed sessions or programme days;
  • no replacement or catch-up sessions will be provided;
  • missed attendance cannot be carried forward to another cohort; and
  • no credit will be issued for any portion of the programme not attended.

Attendance requirements for the Certificate of Completion are governed by the Visionary Leadership Programme Terms & Conditions.

06

If MindStep Leadership Cancels or Reschedules the Programme

In the unlikely event that MindStep Leadership cancels the programme before it begins, participants may choose either:

  • a 100% refund of the amount paid towards their registration; or
  • transfer of the amount paid as credit towards a future Visionary Leadership cohort.

If MindStep Leadership reschedules the confirmed programme dates and you are unable to attend on the revised dates, you may choose either:

  • a 100% refund of the amount paid towards your registration; or
  • transfer of the eligible amount paid as credit towards a future Visionary Leadership cohort.

Participants must notify MindStep Leadership of their preferred option within the timeframe communicated when the revised dates are announced.

Minor changes to programme timings, venue within the same city, facilitators, learning activities or operational arrangements will not ordinarily be considered a programme rescheduling under this Policy.

MindStep Leadership is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, local transportation or any other personal or incidental expenses incurred by participants.

07

How to Submit a Request

All requests for cancellations, refunds, participant substitutions or future cohort transfers must be submitted in writing to:

Please include:

  • Participant's full name;
  • Organisation name (if applicable);
  • Registered email address;
  • Registration or payment reference;
  • Nature of the request; and

For cancellation requests, the date on which MindStep Leadership receives your written request will determine the applicable refund eligibility.

All requests will be reviewed in accordance with this Policy and the Visionary Leadership Programme Terms & Conditions.

08
