It is particularly relevant for leaders navigating growth, change, increasing complexity, evolving teams, or greater leadership responsibility.
Yes. Visionary Leadership addresses leadership challenges that cut across industries, from leading people and building high-performing teams to shaping culture, navigating change, and driving sustainable growth.
The tools and frameworks are designed to be applied to each participant’s own business, industry, and leadership context.
There is no fixed number of years of experience required. However, the program is designed for leaders who currently hold significant leadership, business, or organisational responsibility and can bring real experiences and challenges into the learning journey.
Yes. Visionary Leadership is not an introductory or theory-heavy leadership course. It is designed to help experienced leaders challenge existing thinking, gain new perspectives, and translate learning into practical action through real-world frameworks, experiential learning, peer dialogue, and application.
Visionary Leadership is a leadership development experience, rather than an academic qualification or degree program.
Participants who attend and successfully complete all three program days will receive a Certificate of Completion from MindStep Leadership.
02. Preparing for & Attending the Program Pre-work, timings, meals, travel & accommodation

Participants will receive any required pre-work, assessments, and program information in advance.
Visionary Leadership is a full-day, in-person experience across all three days (23–25 October 2026) in Mumbai.
The cohort will be hosted at Hilton Garden Inn, Mumbai. program timings are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all three days. On the final day, the program may extend slightly until 6:00 PM to accommodate the certificate ceremony.
Yes. Meals and refreshments during program hours are included as part of the program experience.
Any meals, personal expenses, or arrangements outside program hours are not included.
No. Travel, accommodation, local transportation, and other personal or incidental expenses are not included in the program Fee.
Participants are responsible for making and bearing the cost of their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Any specific requirements or materials will be communicated before the program. All core program materials, learning resources, and tools required during the three days will be provided as part of the experience.

Your registration is confirmed once the registration process and full payment have been successfully completed and you receive confirmation from MindStep Leadership.
Submitting the registration form without completing payment does not constitute a confirmed registration.
The program Fee is payable in full at the time of registration. Instalment payments are not currently available.
Yes. During registration, you can provide your organisation’s billing and GST details for invoicing purposes.
Please ensure all information is entered accurately, as the details provided during registration will be used for invoice generation.
Yes. An invoice will be generated based on the billing information provided during registration.
Where applicable, please provide the correct legal entity name, billing address, and GSTIN to ensure accurate invoice generation. Will be sent in 2-3 business days from the day of payment.
Yes. If you are registering with one or more colleagues, business partners, friends, or peers, you can use the Bring a Buddy option during registration & avail discounts!
You can add the required details for each participant within the same enrollment, and the applicable benefit and final payment amount will be calculated.
Enrollment benefits cannot be combined. If you qualify for more than one offer, only one applicable benefit may be selected for your enrollment. The maximum benefit available is 20%.

For participants who register and complete payment at least 30 days before the cohort start date, the following cancellation terms apply:

All cancellation requests must be submitted to MindStep Leadership in writing and are subject to the applicable program terms.
All cancellation, participant transfer, or future-cohort credit requests must be made in writing to MindStep Leadership at programs@mindstepleadership.com. The team will review your request in accordance with the applicable program terms and confirm the next steps.
Yes. A confirmed registration may be transferred to another eligible participant, subject to review and approval by MindStep Leadership.
Please contact us at programs@mindstepleadership.com with the required participant details so the transfer can be processed appropriately.
You may request to transfer the amount paid as a credit towards a future Visionary Leadership cohort, subject to MindStep Leadership’s approval, applicable terms, and future cohort availability.
In the unlikely event that MindStep Leadership cancels the program, participants will receive a 100% refund of the eligible program Fee paid.
Travel, accommodation, local transportation, and other independently incurred expenses are not included in the program Fee and should be arranged separately by participants.

Visionary Leadership is designed as an integrated three-day experience, with each day building on the previous one.
No make-up, replacement, or catch-up sessions will be provided for program sessions missed by a participant.
Participants must attend and complete all three program days to receive the Visionary Leadership Certificate of Completion.
Participants will retain access to the learning materials and resources provided for their use as part of the program.
Any proprietary tools, assessments, or licensed resources will remain subject to their respective usage and access terms.
Yes. Participants become part of the Visionary Leadership Community & Alumni Network, creating opportunities to maintain meaningful connections, exchange perspectives, and continue learning beyond the three-day experience.
